I was in the clouds!

What better place for a Bitti too be than in the clouds?
Everyone always tells me that my head is stuck in the clouds, and they are probably right...
But this time i was actually there!!!

And of course i took pictures...lots and lots of pictures...and now all those people that claim my head is in the clouds...are right and they
 have proof too:D

Who needs to be on Cloud 9 when you have all the clouds ready to be touched and eaten by a Bitti!!!

My new home...

Ever since i was a little child i was obsessed with vampires and all i ever wanted was to visit the famous Dracula Castle...which i did this summer and i loved it so much i want to move there!!!
The air, the sound, the taste...everything is different there...i felt like i was in different world!
I will surely go back
I felt more at home there than i feel in my own home, which is very weird since i never wanted to move before and every time i left i felt homesick....

The time i spent there i always joked that i am going to sleep with the window open so a vampire can actually bite me in my sleep and the funny thing is that when i woke up one morning i had a huge bite mark on my neck...it was not from a vampire:( it was from some sort of bug....or maybe it was a vampire bug:D

The interior of the castle was marvelous, it was filled with old furniture and armors and weapons and i took pictures of almost everything...

Sibiu-cultural capital of Romania

Sibiu is the cultural capital of Romania, a historical city with much to offer. Besides the old buildings and the lovely architecture you can tend the Medieval Festival. Tourists from around the world come every year to see this festival because it is truly unique...old medieval music, people dressed in rustic clothing, sword fights, fire shows and jousting are a few things presented at the festival
Of course you have your medieval themed restaurants and clubs and  every where you look there is a piece of history...

The "Eyes of Sibiu" are called the houses which have this type of windows...because they look like eyes and if you stare at them for awhile you get the impression they are looking back at you...oh...and you always get the  feeling  that someone is watching you!

In Sibiu you can find Romania's oldest cast-iron bridge. The Liegende Brücke(Lying bridge) had been installed in place of a wood bridge in 1859. The wood, Liars Bridge go its name from the stories and tall talk of the nearby hagglers. The new name was in vain, the unwritten tradition proved to be stronger, and the Liars Bridge kept its name. Today it's the pride of Sibiu. On one side of the bridge you can see the date of the structure, on the other the Saxon blazon, which impictures two swords put in crossway and a crown on top of them. This meant a lot at previous times, it meant that the Saxons accepted the King of Hungary .

Bran Castle

Bran Castle is situated near Bran and in the immediate vicinity of Braşov, is a national monument and landmark in Romania. The fortress is situated on the border between Transylvania and Wallachia, Commonly known as "Dracula's Castle" (although it is one among several locations linked to the Dracula legend, including Poienari Castle and Hunyad Castle), it is marketed as the home of the titular character in Bram Stoker's Dracula. There is, however, no evidence that Stoker knew anything about this castle. There is evidence, however, that Vlad Tepes actually did use the castle during his raids into Transylvania. The castle is now a museum open to tourists, displaying art and furniture collected by Queen Marie. Tourists can see the interior individually or by a guided tour.
